Privacy and simulation consent
Cloud Cardinal collects your first name, last name, personal email address, the date you consented, and your program status. This information is used to manage authorized phishing-simulation training and explain the results to you.
What the simulations collect
A simulation may record whether a training email was delivered, opened, or clicked so that feedback can match the exercise. Cloud Cardinal does not ask you to provide a real password, Social Security number, bank account, or payment-card number in a simulation.
Your choice
Participation is voluntary. You must enroll your own email address and may leave the program at any time. To stop simulations or request deletion of your enrollment record, email support@cloudcardinal.net.
Payments
This enrollment form does not collect card information. If a paid option is offered, payment details will be entered on a hosted payment page operated by the payment provider. Cloud Cardinal will not store full card numbers.
Sharing and retention
Enrollment information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the training and is retained only as long as needed for the program, security, and applicable legal or accounting obligations.
